Update: Jade’s Law – A Law Passed, But Still Not Enacted

A significant and deeply concerning issue is unfolding in real time around Jade’s Law — legislation that became law over 18 months ago, yet has still not been enacted by the Government.

The response has been swift and continues to grow:

  • The Open Letter is being hosted by children’s charities across the UK
  • Local and national media have picked up the story, including Deeside.com
  • Interviews have been recorded with BBC (aired 13 December) and ITV, with further coverage expected

Children Heard and Seen Documentary

The Children Heard and Seen documentary explores the lived experiences of children whose fathers murdered their mothers, and the lifelong impact this has. It also includes information on how Jade’s Law was expected to protect children and families in the future.
